We loved to be here, would be happy to recommend!

All the staff were amicable, extremely accommodating. The hotel's position was great, in the middle of jackson. Found time to see South Florida Fair, that's within easy walking distance of the property.

Bluffside Gardens had a lot going for it. The spacious villa provided ample room for our group of six. The kitchen area was well-equipped. I especially appreciated the comfy beds. They felt way better than the typical hotel bed. We had a great time on the patio grilling. The atmosphere was quite inviting. There were issues that weren't ideal. The downstairs bathroom had a door that wouldn't close properly. We also noticed a lot of pet hair on the floor, even though it's supposed to be a non-pet area. Our socks were covered in fur! It would have been much better if the cleaning crew vacuumed between guests. Despite these drawbacks, I still think it's a place worth considering, but a little more attention to cleanliness would go a long way.

Family with children and amazing comfort

My son could not get enough of the grill outside, it really brought us together as a family! The kitchen setup was perfect for home-cooked meals, you know, we are always looking for that balance. Plus, the beds were comfy, felt just like home.

It wasn't cheap but still tolerable for what we got.

The personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Jackson, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel was only a 10-15 minute walk from the South Florida fair.
